Lliam Woodworth is a 2022 OF/RHP, 3B with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Pittsburgh, PA who attends North Allegheny. Medium height with a slender build that has plenty of room to add strength as he physically matures. Ran a 7.50 sixty yard dash. A primary outfielder fields plays on the side of the ball, cleanly funnels the ball with a quick release, and accurately throws to the bases with a good drive through the ball. The switch hitter from the left side has a wide base with a high leg lift, has a short hand path to the ball, and displays a tight swing. On the right hand side, the hitter has an even stance and a low hand set with good bat speed and developing back spin. A secondary pitcher has a full windup with a fast leg lift to the chest, high to low hands with clean separation, and an over the top arm slot. Woodworth works the strike zone with a good tempo while moving his fastball in the zone and mixes in his curveball to keep the batters off balance. Good Student.
