Isaac Rogers is a 2023 C with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Bala Cynwyd, PA who attends Lower Merion. Recorded a 7.95 second sixty-yard dash time. Smaller, compact frame with some present athleticism and plenty of room to add strength. Primary catcher, receives from a high, side-saddle stance with direct mid-line transfer and elongated arm action. Incorporates deliberate footwork out of the crouch, working uphill into release. Recorded arm strength up to 77 mph from behind the dish during drills. Will continue to improve with refinements mechanically and proper sequencing to produce more accuracy. Left-handed hitter that hits from a narrow, even base with an exaggerated high hand set, high back elbow and toe-tap trigger. Pullside approach with slight drift inward towards home plate at launch, uses rotational lower mechanics to turn the barrel and displayed some quickness to his hands. Exhibits some present feel for the barrel and creates occasional line drive impact when on-time and in-sync. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
