Timothy Lengle is a 2027 C/MIF/OF with a 5-11 158 lb. frame from Sinking Spring, PA who attends Wilson. Lengle worked from a variety of spots during his day, showcasing value defensively starting from his primary spot behind the dish where he successfully remained on top of throws and attempted to get downhill in the footwork. The receiving aspect has plenty of time to refine as a '27 prospect. The sound footwork was also evident from both the OF and IF, releasing with a sense of urgency and ultimately topping out at 76 mph from the IF and 80 mph from the OF. Expect velocity numbers to only increase as the plenty projectable build of Lengle continues to fill out. On the offensive end, the left handed hitter started from a wider slightly crouched stance flashing hand speed through the zone to work the middle/opposite field. He effectively saw the ball deep with power becoming more of a factor in the future. Posted an exit velo of 74 mph.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
