Geoffrey Mathis is a 2023 3B/1B with a 5-10 210 lb. frame from Manville, NJ who attends Manville. Recorded a 8.17 second sixty-yard dash time. Medium, physically mature frame with broad shoulders and present lower half strength. Primary infielder with lateral agility to both sides, a clean funnel and the ability to throw from multiple angles when necessary. Displayed good reactionary movements, worked downhill fairly well through the baseball and recorded arm strength up to 72 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter that hits from an upright, slightly open stance with a high hand set, high back elbow and high leg lift trigger. Hands driven swing with middle-of-the field approach, rotational lower half mechanics and consistent bat-to-ball skills. Developing feel for the barrel that will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments. Projectable prospect with plenty of time to make adjustments and tap into his present physicality, while making proper adjustments on both sides of the ball as he matures. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
