Lucas Farrar is a 2027 SS/RHP/C with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Berkeley Prep. Lean and athletic build ideal for projection. Ran a 7.25 in the sixty yard dash. Primary infielder, good footwork and body control, easy and athletic actions on the dirt, can adjust slot to make acrobatic throws, silky smooth hands with a fast glove to hand transfer, throws had carry up to 90 mph. Also worked out in the outfield with throws up to 88 mph. Also pitched, athletic delivery with an easy release, effortless velocity into the mid 80's with late life to the pitch, breaking ball had big sweeping action when he stayed behind it, flexible and mobile mover down the mound. Right handed hitter, low hand set with a narrow start, simple load with easy loose barrel speed through the zone, bat stays in the hitting zone for a long time, creates length through contact, easy bat speed with explosive hands. Athleticism and body control stand out. Named to the 2023 14u Perfect Game Select Festival.
