Frank Ruepp is a 2023 OF/ with a 5-9 130 lb. frame from Valdosta, GA who attends Lowndes. Medium, high-waisted build with strength remaining to be added, a 7.25 second runner in the sixty-yard dash. Primary outfielder with quick feet and a clean funnel, long arm action that had accurate throws to bases, recorded throws at 70 miles per hour. Plays through the ball well just needs to use lower half more in throws to increase arm strength. Right-handed hitter with a low-hand set and toe-tap trigger into a long stride. Barrel remains flat through the zone, produces some bat speed while flashing some bat-to-ball skills. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
