Sam Davidson is a 2026 C/RHP, 1B, 3B, OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Collierville, TN who attends St. George's Independent. Recorded a 6.96 60-yard dash. Primary catcher with a tall frame and some present lean strength. Gained ground well behind the plate and showed a quick and clean exchange. Strong arm and zipped it into second with accuracy. Also worked out in the outfield and used methodical, choppy steps to work to the ball. Good arm strength and plenty of carry to throws. Right-handed hitter and starts from a medium base with even feet. Minimal wasted movement and repeated swing well. Fast bat and hammered balls to pull side and the middle of the field throughout the round. Well-timed swing and displayed strength out front. Had a very consistent round. Secondary right-handed pitcher and begins delivery with a leg lift to waist level. Medium length arm action and released from a high-3/4 slot, running the fastball up to 77 mph. Good extension and mixed in 11-5 downer curveball with confidence to throw it in any count. Named to the 2023 13U/14U Sunshine Mid-South Showcase Top Prospect List.
