Justin Garcia is a 2023 RHP with a 5-11 163 lb. frame from Bozeman, MT who attends Belgrade. Athletic frame with good length and projectable strength gains in store. Ran a 7.73 in the 60-yard dash. Right-handed pitcher, side step across with a medium stride down the mound into a high three-quarter slot. Mixes tempos well with some feel to spin. Fastball low-70s and compliments it with a breaking ball in any count, shows solid depth and 11-5 shape. Broke off a mid-60s slider with late slurvy break. Ability to command all three pitches and fills up the zone, changes eye level well. Produced a good amount of swings and misses. Good student.
