Brodie Fortner is a 2025 2B/RHP/SS with a 5-9 120 lb. frame from Drummonds, TN who attends Munford High School. Athletic built middle infielder, displayed quality actions on the dirt. He shows the pocket early with proper footwork and in rhythm throws across the diamond. There's definate lateral swiftness in his game. At the dish, he sets up with medium upright stance with a hearty leg kick load that gains quality separation. There's an advance feel for the barrel; squaring up a few balls through the middle of the yard. There's definate projectability in the frame and should hit for more power as he adds strength and loft in the swing path. On the mound, he operates with athletic delivery and long arm action with release out of a high three-quarters slot. The front side works in unison with the arm which leads to above average comand of the fastball. There's present arm speed which makes future velocity easy to project. 7.25 60 yard. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
