Beau Rurey is a 2025 C/OF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Boynton Beach, FL who attends St. John Paul II. Recorded a 7.04 60-yard dash. Primary catcher with present strength to the frame. Utilized a compact arm action with methodical transfers behind the plate. Solid arm strength and threw to the right of the bag consistently. Secondary outfielder and displayed solid athleticism. Very short arm action and came out well, staying on line with throws. Left-handed hitter and starts from a slightly open base. Employed a pull side approach during round. Level path through the zone and has strength at impact. Showed best power to pull side gap. Recorded an exit velocity of 85 mph. Excellent student.
