Austin Kreyenhagen is a 2024 RHP/C, 1B, 3B, SS, OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Souderton, PA who attends Souderton Area. Medium, high waisted frame with square shoulders and plenty of room to physically mature. Recorded a 7.56 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary right-handed pitcher that worked from a full windup delivery with a belt high leg lift and good lower half movements down the slope. Simple, repeatable operation with quick, compact arm stroke and consistent release point. Fastball worked in the 83-86 mph range for the majority of his outing and topped out at 87 mph from a high three-quarters arm slot. Pounded the zone effortlessly with his full repertoire, mixing in an abrupt 2-plane curveball that held its 12-6 shape for both strikes and empty swings. Flashed a firmer straight changeup to complete his arsenal, showing best when he was able to add depth to it for swings-and-misses. Will continue to expand overall repertoire with additional velocity and strength. Tons of upside remaining. Secondary infielder with a fundamentally sound defensive skill set. Showed the ability to range fairly well to either side with some bounce in his steps, while exhibiting a clean funnel and arm strength up to 85 mph across the diamond. Took part in the outfield portion of the defensive workout as well, where he implores long strides into the process and a clean gather off his front foot. Maintained momentum into release, stayed online and direct with his movements and delivered accurate throws up to 88 mph during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a wider, even base with a high hand set, high back elbow and toe-tap trigger. Middle-of-the field approach with slightly elongated swing path and rotational lower half mechanics. Displayed the ability to impact the baseball with some authority from gap-to-gap when on-time and has quickness to his hands. Pretty consistent contact with some offensive upside as he continues to refine things mechanically. Projectable, young prospect with huge upside on the mound as he continues to add velocity and some two-way potential. Excellent Student. Named to the 2022 Northeast Top Prospect Games Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
