Jan Perez is a 2026 SS/2B, 3B, MIF with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends St. Brendan. Medium frame with compact, young build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.47 seconds. Hits from slightly open stance with high and tight hands, downhill launch into flatter stroke through the zone, stays committed to the middle of the field and can use the opposite field gap, good timer and repeatability, will gain impact with strength gains. Worked out in the infield, good range to both sides with solid hand actions in any direction, developing consistency but solid tools, clocked up to 78 mph across with quick release.
