Ty Langer is a 2024 1B/OF with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Fountain Hills, AZ who attends Fountain Hills. Athletic build with strength in the frame. Primary first base who fields it cleanly out in front of his body. Hops off the bag well and stays low throughout the process. Made throws with good accuracy and some strength behind them. Also played outfield and made all throws with good accuracy. Shorter arm action throwing into max effort. Ran a 7.42 sixty. Left-handed hitter who starts upright in the box with an open stance and narrow base. High hand set with a big leg lift and stride to widen out. Fires off the back side well as the hips fire open. Hands work well when timed up properly and found barrels up the middle and to pull side. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
