Smith Dickinson is a 2025 2B/C/UT with a 5-8 158 lb. frame from Raleigh, NC who attends Millbrook. Medium current frame with good athleticism and lean muscularity, still more to come and a lot of time to develop. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.57 seconds. Primary position IF, displaying excellent range to backhand as well as the glove side. Moves well on his feet. Glove work is on point, working fingers through the ball with soft touch securing the ball with ease. Quick midline transfer to appropriate short arm action producing accurate throws up to 75 mph across the diamond. Showed the ability to change arm angles based on the play at hand. RHH with a calm approach at the plate and polished overall mechanics. High hand set and back elbow to start and uses simple weight transfer to get to contact. Best contact in the middle of the field and showing good juice gap to gap. Very good student and intriguing young prospect.
