Juan Hernandez is a 2025 C/3B, OF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Corona, CA who attends Orange Lutheran. Medium frame with a young, lean build showing room to fill out physically in the future. Ran a 7.60 second sixty yard dash. Primary Catcher, sitting high in his crouch as he proved to have flexibility in the lower half. Reaching for the baseball as he receives it. Quick transfers as he gains ground on throw downs. Released with urgency as he recorded a pop time of 2.44 seconds. Right-Handed Hitter, starting from a balanced position as he loads up with high hands before striding out. Strength in the hands present as he generated easy bat speed as he did a good job staying linear through the zone. Proved he could impact out front and drive it back up the middle. Mechanically sound swing that will make a big jump with a physical strength gain. Outstanding Student.
