Noel Leon is a 2024 RHP/1B, OF with a 6-2 186 lb. frame from Homestead, FL, who attends Riviera Prep. A stronger frame and bigger build. Ran a 6.97 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher who had a longer arm action through release. The fastball got up to 83 mph with an arm-side run to it. He paired that with a curveball that was in the low-70s that he showed frequently. The pitch had 12-6 shape with good depth to it. He pounded the zone and had decent arm speed through release. Threw a ton of strikes and put together a fantastic outing on the mound. A right-handed hitter with a wider base and high hands with the back elbow up. It was a pretty simple operation. He turned it over well and had some juice during his round of BP swings. He was meeting the ball out front and did a good job staying on the barrel with a physical swing overall. Produced a 92 mph exit velocity during PG Tech testing. Worked out as an outfielder with a longer release. Had an over-the-top arm slot with good footwork working down the slope. Had some uphill throws with strength at 82 mph. Solid round of throws from the outfielder. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
