Liam Clay is a 2025 SS/RHP, 2B, MIF with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Raleigh, NC who attends Millbrook. Medium frame with slender build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.41 seconds. Hits from even-based stance, deep hand load and keeps them back, on time with barrel and committed to middle-field approach, hand-eye coordination is good with good contact skills, projects well with the bat. Worked out in the infield, shows some lateral agility moving side-to-side, glove works out front, multiple steps into throws with uphill release, clocked up to 73 mph. Also pitched, small step back and good balance, works well through delivery over front side, fastball worked 69-74 mph, showed solid feel for slider with bite in mid-60's. Very good student.
