2022 High School All State Select Championship (2025-2026 Grads)
Easton Tillman is a 2026 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-11 147 lb. frame from Reidsville, NC who attends Dalton Mcmichael. Medium frame with a compact build. Has some longer levers to his makeup. Room to keep filling out moving forward. Ran a 7.20 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher who had simple mechanics on the mound. Worked into a leg lift up around the belt and then stayed on line working down the mound through release, getting extended. He pitched from a high three-quarters arm slot. His fastball was up to 80 mph and worked arm side well. He was efficient to both righties and lefties with the fastball. Showed a curveball with good depth to it, spinning up in the 2,300s. He pitched hitters backward and was able to find success that way. He punched out 4 hitters over 3 innings of work in his outing. He allowed just one baserunner. A left-handed hitter with an even base and high back elbow. He starts slightly open. Keeps the hands tight to the body, loads up and then works through the zone. Showed a toe-tap trigger during his round of BP. Worked the middle of the field during his round. Picked up a hit during the games on Saturday. Worked out as an outfielder where he fields it off to the side, gathering, and working into his throw. Gets underneath it and creates some carry on his throws which were at 79 mph. Worked out at first base as well where he showed a clean funnel and good turns, being able to change slots and let throws go with ease. Excellent student.
