Zach Linzer is a 2026 C/RHP/IF with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Lebanon, NJ who attends North Hunterdon Reg. Works from a young smaller frame with some physical upside. Primary catcher, side saddle stance, quick out of the set, smooth transfer slightly off to the side, throws were around the bag, recorded arm strength up to 67 mph and a pop time of 2.12. Right-handed hitter, starts in a wider base with tight hands, subtle toe tap trigger, compact stroke, present strength in the hands, made consistent contact to the middle of the field when timed up, recorded an exit velocity of 89 mph, projects well as a hitter. Ran a 7.94 sixty-yard dash. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
