Eddie Peterson is a 2027 C/RHP/3B with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Las Vegas, NV who attends Bishop Gorman. Medium frame with a strong core and still has some room to fill out as he matures. A primary catcher, good fundamentals as he gains ground and replaces the feet while keeping direction. Smooth transfer and true flight on throws. Solid timing and popped a 1.94 during drills. A right-handed hitter, balanced stance and leg lift trigger. Working the barrel on top and through. Good fluidity with the ability to work the barrel out front and back spin balls. Swing translated to games and he found a few hard contacts. Also pitched, showing low-80s arm strength and the ability to throw 3-pitches for strikes. Very good two way potential. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
