Gage Vanlandingham is a 2025 SS/RHP, 2B, MIF with a 5-4 120 lb. frame from Van Buren, MO, who attends Van Buren. A compact build and slender frame. Ran a 7.64 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder with good hands that were snatchy during his round of defensive reps. Funnels well into the throws and carries his momentum through it. Softer hands with efficient routes to the ball. Efficient mover. Stays in control of himself and throws 72 mph across the field to make the outs. A right-handed hitter with high-set hands and a high-back elbow. Had some whip to the barrel with the hands deep working directly through the zone. Was able to work to the middle of the cage during his round of BP swings. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
