Lane Olsen is a 2028 C/RHP, IF, OF with a 5-3 110 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Macarthur. Features a small, wiry build. Ran a 9.63 60-yard dash. Primary catcher. Uses a side saddle setup behind the plate. Replaces feet well out of crouch. Still developing quickness within the transfer. Arm strength should come with natural development. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes an open stance. Swings on a linear path. Approach allows for the entire field to be used. Has some barrel control present. More power should come as more strength is added to the frame. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a semi-windup delivery into tall and fall mechanics down the mound. Hides the ball throughout short arm action. Throws from a 3/4 slot. The fastball got up to 61 mph with slight cut action at times. Was around the zone often with the pitch. Got hitters out front, generating weak contact.
