Lorenzo Jorge is a 2026 SS/2B with a 4-11 90 lb. frame from Carmel, NY who attends Kennedy Catholic. Very young and lean frame with plenty of time to mature physically. Ran an 8.01 second 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, has some bounce to his actions and moves around the infield with confidence and advanced feel. Shows soft hands at receiving and has fluidity to his transfers getting the ball out on time. Great foundation of actions and feel for when he adds arm strength through maturity. Right-handed hitter, starts deep on the backside with high hands and a high back elbow; shows smoothness and fluidity through the zone with good extension through impact. Fires on time with the lower half, but needs added strength to impact the ball well.
