2023 WWBA Workout Showcase (Wed)
Ryan Stoddard is a 2025 SS/RHP, IF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Bradenton, FL who attends IMG Academy. Recorded a 7.51 second 60-yard dash time. Primary shortstop with a tall frame and lean athletic build; sound footwork moving towards the ball and will continue to refine actions moving forward, arm plays on the left side with some accuracy on to first base, projects well physically, short and compact arm action on throws across. Right-handed hitter, begins with a wide base and a high hand set at the start; employs an inward toe tap trigger for timing. Weight starts on backside, creates some length in swing out front with ability to generate loft. Present impact strength to the pull side and showed it consistently throughout round. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
