Felix Arroyo is a 2023 LHP with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Toa Alta, PR who attends American School. Primary Left-Handed Pitcher, working exclusively from the stretch. High hands as he lifts to the belt before working down the hill. Lands direct to dish. Full arm swing and released from a three-quarter slot. Simple, repeatable mechanics. Fastball up to 78 mph with some arm side run with spin rates up to 1991 rpm. Also mixed in a fading changeup in upper-60's with spin rates up to 1659 rpm. Rounded arsenal off with slurvy breaking ball in mid-60's with spin rates up to 1663 rpm. Proved he could land all three pitches for strikes. Great Student.
