James Simpson is a 2024 SS with a 5-5 135 lb. frame from Carrollton, TX who attends Prestonwood Christian Academy. Posted a 7.82 in the 60 yard dash. Primary SS, developing build with athletic upside as he fills out. Moves very well to both side flashing some range. Present glove skill and soft hands throughout his actions. Arm tool will develop as the physicality does. Right-handed hitter, has a short compact swing showing some downward path. More to show ahead of him. Good student.
