Lunden DeLoach is a 2023 SS/2B with a 6-0 145 lb. frame from Cropwell, AL who attends Pell City. Recorded a 7.39 60-yard dash time. Primary shortstop with a lean frame. Presented the glove well and showed clean actions throughout. Moved to the ball laterally well. Worked from a shorter arm action. Athleticism evident as threw comfortably and accurately from different slots. RIght-handed hitter and starts from a narrow base with open feet. Loads deep with hands and shifts weight heavily on back side. Showed the ability to work the opposite field with a level bat path through the zone. The glovework stands out and he should be able to impact the game in multiple facets due to his athleticism. Excellent student.
