Timothy Kim is a 2024 RHP/OF with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Cedar Park, TX who attends Vista Ridge. Slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. Has good rhythm to his delivery on the mound, gets into his lower half well and drives down the mound, high 3/4's arm slot, low energy release. Fastball worked in the low 70's and topped out at 74 mph, gets nice arm side running life at times. Showed good feel for a soft curveball that had some spin and depth, showed some pitchability. 7.56 runner in the sixty, played the outfield when not on the mound. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a busy hand load that can leave him late at times, short line drive swing plane, upper body rotational swing. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
