Parker Pfeiffer is a 2027 SS/RHP, IF, OF with a 5-4 125 lb. frame from Friendswood, TX who attends Lutheran South Academy. Posted a 8.92 in the 60. Primary SS is a young build with developing athleticism. Has some feel for the fundamentals in the infield with plenty left to see as he matures. Showed field awareness and getting into position, has some late glove actions at times and a progressing arm. Young quickness and strength limiting the defensive tools should start to build smoothly showing a present feel for the middle infield. In the outfield the actions are a bit timid, sits on the approach reflecting momentum through the bag. Younger tendencies still present, added athleticism should take strides across his game. On the mound the right-hander topped the fastball at 63 with a developing breaking ball. Stays compact in the delivery with a 3/4 slot, the operation is simple with arm strength to grow into. Right-handed hitter mostly swings on a level plane. Overall swing process will advance with maturity. He does a good job staying balanced and consistent in his simple approach geared to contact.
