Dennis Gregory Ill is a 2025 OF/MIF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Laveen, AZ who attends Brophy College Preparatory. Features a slender build with room to add more. Ran a 7.56 60-yard dash. Worked out on the infield and in the outfield. Caught the ball cleanly in the outfield. Still developing footwork to and through the catchpoint. Flashed ability to create some carry on throws. Threw 76 mph during workouts. Hands worked on the dirt too. Caught the ball consistently throughout infield workouts. Showed solid range in both directions. More arm strength should come as the frame adds more strength. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a wide base with a high back elbow setup. Looks to drive the ball in the air. Swings on an uppercut path with extension out front. Still developing feel for the barrel. Small leg kick timing mechanism and hand hitch slightly hinder timing. More power should come as more strength is added. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
