Braydon Wright is a 2026 SS/RHP, IF, OF with a 5-11 140 lb. frame from Mobile, AL. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a long and lean build with room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.53 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, fields the ball out front and hands play at it well, coordinated in actions and repeats well, quick transfer into a full arm action, shows some carry across the diamond with accuracy, has arm strength and will continue to improve. Right-handed hitter, begins with an athletic stance in the box, high hand set and back elbow at the plate; rhythm to load and utilizes a toe tap load. Shows looseness to hands and gets the barrel through the zone well, comfort working to the middle of the field. Does a nice job of getting extended out front and shows a handle for the barrel, consistent line drive contact off of the barrel, incorporates hips well into mechanics. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
