Dalen Boykin is a 2024 RHP/ with a 6-1 210 lb. frame from Zebulon, NC who attends Rolesville. Primary right-handed pitcher with a solid frame and strong build. Rhythmic delivery with hands dropping to waist and back up with high-belt lift getting down the slope. Short takeaway to a 3/4 arm slot release and direct to the plate. Ran the fastball up to 86 mph (2133 RPM) and showcased a pair of sharp breaking balls. Curveball with 11/5 depth in the 72-mph range (2419 RPM) and slider around 76-mph (2402 RPM) with two-plane break. Featured a changeup with low spin at 73 mph (1685 RPM) rounded out his four-pitch mix. Polished right-handed pitcher with command of a four-pitch mix and ability to execute his pitch package to all four quadrants of the zone. Good student.
