Zach Meyer is a 2024 C/RHP/1B with a 6-0 220 lb. frame from Powell, OH who attends Olentangy Liberty. Tall and strong build that will firm up nicely as he physically matures. Ran a 8.61 in the sixty yard dash. A primary catcher, high set with solid timing as the pitch approaches. Quickness in the exchange with some upside as he stays on top. Worked out on the infield as well, fields with one hand out front with some softness to the glove. A right-handed hitter, starts even with an exaggerated path and some strength in the hands. Varies his lower half load to time the ball, works with a middle approach. A secondary pitcher, comes set and lands closed and was on time with the arm and consistent at foot strike. 3/4 release with fade on the fastball and throws a curveball and knuckleball as his off speed offerings.
