Fabian Rodriguez is a 2024 RHP/IF with a 5-6 109 lb. frame from Bayamon, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy. Smaller frame with a young, slender build. Ran a 8.19 second sixty yard dash. Primary Right-Handed Pitcher, stays balanced throughout the motion as he raises to the belt before dropping down the mound. Released from a three-quarter slot and did a good job of working the glove side with the fastball. Fastball up to 65 mph and mixed in a couple of secondaries. Curveball showing depth and a changeup as well that he landed for strikes. Secondary Infielder, did a good job of staying in front of the baseball as he worked into a clean funnel. Was accurate to the bag as he threw it 64 mph during drills. Young actions showing and will make a jump with strength gains. Right-Handed Hitter, started with a wide base as he relaxed in his stance. Linear cuts through the zone as he looks to drive it the other way. Found some barrels and again, will start to show some progression when he gets stronger. Good Student.
