Xavier Garcia is a 2027 OF/LHP, 1B with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from The Woodlands, TX who attends The Woodlands. Medium build with length that can fill out. Ran a 7.41 in the sixty. Outfielder, works through it well with solid fundamentals. Good approach and bit of carry to throws. Good accuracy to the bag, has actions and knows the part. Left-handed pitcher, works from an over-the-top slot and quick arm on a line. Uses lower half to engage in a slight drop and drive. Fastball pounded both halves, good command of his 1-7 breaking ball with quality shape. Maintains armspeed on changeup. Left-handed hitter, upright stance and slightly open with high hand set. Present bat speed, pop plays best to pull. Works both halves awfully well and there's a lot to like long term. Named to Top Prospect list.
