2022 13U/14U Sunshine Gulf Coast Showcase
Zion Jackson is a 2028 SS/RHP, 2B, IF, OF with a 4-11 80 lb. frame from Ingleside, TX who attends Port Aransas. Zion impressed during the weekend with his ability to play the game with the players two and three years older than himself. Despite his small frame and stature he was able to show a good reason why there is a lot to like, ability to make contact makes him a good top of the order type hitter. Showed good range playing up the middle, arm is suited for second base on the big field. Jackson was a scout favorite for his upbeat personality, and everyone enjoyed being around him on both sides of the field. Zion was named to the 2022 13/14U Sunshine Gulf Coast top prospect list.
