Nathaniel Hulen is a 2022 C/OF with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Cicero, IN who attends Hamilton Heights. Medium frame with some strength to the build. Ran a 7.12 second 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, sets up even in his stance and receives the ball well; shows quickness in his lower half to get out of his crouch with a quick release and good carry on throws down to the bag. Also worked out in the outfield, shows athleticism to his actions, fields it cleanly off his front foot and comes through the ball well with good strength on his throws. Right-handed hitter, sets up wide with high hands and a high back elbow; good quickness in his hands paired with solid barrel skills as he repeats the swing well and generates good jump off impact to the middle of the field. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
