Marco Cabrera is a 2023 C/RHP/IF with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends Junipero Serra. Young athletic build with room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight spread stance with a high hand load position and a leg lift trigger, aggressive swing with some present bat speed, good extension out front, line drive swing plane, gets some jump off the barrel, projects well as a hitter. 7.91 runner in the sixty. Sets up low behind the plate and has good lower half flexibility and quickness, quick transition into throwing, gains ground well with his footwork when throwing, has some arm strength. Took a turn on the mound, has a compact arm action that hides the ball well, high 3/4's arm slot with some energy at release. Fastball topped out at 78 mph, also threw a short slider.
