Grady Oakes is a 2023 2B/RHP, SS, OF with a 5-10 135 lb. frame from Panama City, FL who attends A. Crawford Mosley. Recorded a 6.97 second sixty-yard dash time. Long, lean frame with slender build and plenty of room and time to fill out. Primary infielder, developing defensive skill set with good lateral range to either side and quick transfers into the throwing position. Displays good usage of his lower half, staying low and working downhill through the baseball. Works into a higher arm slot, recording arm strength up to 73 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter that hits from a slightly open stance with a high hand set, high back elbow and toe-tap trigger. Middle-of-the field approach with short, direct path and compact hands throughout the swing. Consistent bat-to-ball skills with some feel for the barrel and the ability to create leverage to the pull-side. Solid tools with physical upside and plenty of projection remaining. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
