Tucker Wehrman is a 2023 C with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Robinson. He ran a 7.30 second sixty. A primary catcher with a longer lean build. Behind the plate he showed some twitch to his actions gaining ground into the throws and showing off above average arm strength with a quick release as he made accurate throws on the bag recording a 1.90 second pop time. Right-handed hitter, starts with a wider base and slightly open stance, he flashed some control of the barrel in the zone with projectable bat speed showing some juice to the pull side when he is on time and getting extended through the ball. Very good student. Named to the 2021 Fall Academic Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
