2022 Fall Southeast Showcase
Max Poulakis is a 2026 SS/RHP, 2B, IF with a 5-11 135 lb. frame from Summerville, SC who attends Pinewood Preparatory. Young player with lean build. 8.04 runner in the 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop with good lateral mobility. Bouncing around the infield with athletic actions, hands work well out front with a clean exchange and accurate throws. Arm strength should continue to develop as he grows. Right-handed hitter with a slightly open stance and his hands set by his chest. Uses a simple weight transfer into contact, front side flies open a little in the swing, rotational hitter with up the middle approach. Will develop some power as he cleans up the mechanics of the swing. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
