Jackson Cavanaugh is a 2026 SS/ with a 5-3 115 lb. frame from North Royalton, OH who attends North Royalton. Small frame with a young, lean build. Ran a 8.26 second sixty yard dash. Primary Shortstop, good first step actions as he rounded the baseball with some feel. Clean gather out front as he proved to have instincts for the leather. Quick transfer and release. Threw it 59 mph during drills. Fundamentally sound and will make big strides here as he matures. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, working exclusively from the stretch. Smooth delivery with a short leg lift to stride. Full arm circle in the back before releasing from a high three-quarter slot. Filled up the zone as he went right after hitters. Fastball up to 63 mph and mixed in a work in progress type breaking ball. Right-Handed Hitter, starting even as he loads up with a quick, high leg lift. Active hands as he threw the bat head into the zone. Linear plane as he looked to let the baseball travel and drive it the other way. Proved he could find the barrel consistently.
