Owen Hawley is a 2026 C/RHP, 1B, 3B with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Virginia Beach, VA who attends Cape Henry Collegiate School. Large frame with a lean build. Ran a 8.11 second sixty yard dash. Primary Catcher, high side saddle setup. Receives the baseball deep before working into transfer and release. Longer exchange making sure he is precise with his actions. Pop time of 2.40 seconds. Secondary First Baseman, sitting back on the baseball as he gathers deep in the stance. Young footwork around the bag. Throws up to 65 mph. Left-Handed Hitter, even base with high hands. Knee turn trigger to a shorter stride out. Longer path at times. Looks to get the bat head out early to pull the baseball. Will generate more pop with a strength gain. Good Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
