Ezekiel Rodriguez is a 2026 RHP/1B/3B/OF with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Altadena, CA who attends Damien. Large build. Ran the 60 yard dash in 8.23 seconds. Primary right-handed pitcher, throws from a three-quarter arm slot, has a drop and drive delivery, really uses his lower half. Hides the ball well throughout his delivery, the fastball sat 70-76 mph with some ride through the zone. Mixed in a curveball that sat 63 with slurvy action, threw a lot of strikes and commanded well. Worked out in the outfield, had a tendency to get the glove down late, displayed a long arm circle the created some carry on his throws. Also worked out in the infield, showed the ability to make the plays, moved well laterally. At first base, he showed good footwork with smooth hands and a quick transition. At the plate, hits from a crouched open stance with a high back elbow, displayed a quick swing with slight loft and good bat speed. Hit the ball well to all fields.
