Jackson Alex is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends Los Angeles Center for Enriched Studies. Long frame with lanky build showing the space in the young frame to fill in as he matures. 7.53 60-yd. Flashed two-way skills as a pitcher/outfielder during the event. From the outfield, the long and fluid arm swing produced decent arm speed and the ability to put throws onto the bags utilizing his hops. As the frame takes on strength, the arm strength present should continue to tick up. ON the mound works with a high leg raise, balanced delivery and strides down mound well, lands slightly open. Over the top delivery, gets extended out front, works ahead in count with tempo; fastball topped out at 78 mph, mostly true in life and mixed in a curveball with 12-6 shape, will continue to develop moving forward. Offensively hits from a proportional stance allowing him to work a balanced swing with natural loft in the barrel path. When on time there were flashes of pull side lift and ability to drive the baseball. Will need to continue to focus on finding ways to adapt timing for the most success. Skills there to see improvements as he matures.
