Nolan Souza is a 2023 SS/2B with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Honolulu, HI who attends Punahou HS. Recorded a 6.51 second 60-yard dash time. Broad-shouldered athletic frame with substantial physical projection remaining. Primary shortstop with good hands and very good body control. Above average arm strength up to 89 mph across the diamond. Works quickly through the ball with long term left side of the infield projection. Left-handed hitter with a slightly open stance and hand pump into the load. Even base with excellent bat speed and the ability to generate leverage out in front. Shows strength off the barrel at present but the power upside is enormous, especially from an infielder. Great student. Verbal commitment to Arkansas.
