Brock Johnson is a 2026 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B, OF with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Bakersfield, CA who attends Stockdale. Athletic frame. Ran the 60-yard dash in 6.83 seconds. Primary infielder, worked through the ball with soft hands and a quick transition. Displayed good footwork and moved well laterally to both sides of the ball. Was clocked up to 64 mph on throws across the diamond. Also worked out in the outfield, was clocked up to 84 mph on throws from the outfield. Came to the ball well, slightly rushed the transfer, but still looked athletic. From the mound, throws from an over-the-top arm alsot with a whippy finish, the fastball topped out at 80 mph with good life. At the plate, hits from an upright open stance with a toe tap load and a high back elbow. Displayed raw mechanics with great bat speed, if he can clean up the mechanics he can do big things. Consistently swung the bat with good intent, displayed a pull side approach.
