Dayne Williams is a 2027 C/3B, IF with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Clovis, CA who attends Clovis. Features a physical build with some advanced strength throughout. Ran a 8.19 60-yd dash. In the INF, he has avg. footwork/quickness but present glove feel showing softness to the hands at reception. Out of the glove, he uses a shorter AA with some effort to release running it up to 77 mph across. Shows current corner INF projection down the line. Behind the plate, he showed some lower half quickness during throwdowns with how fast he got out the crouch while gaining good ground towards second. At the plate, he rocks slightly into his backside with a smaller leg lift trigger. Hands load back into a higher elbow and upright barrel launch postition. Bat works through the zone on a slight uphill path with contact point being consistently deeper. Flashes of some/hand bat speed throughout his round. More of an opposite field approach because of the contact points with moments of strength at impact.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
