Orlando Oates is a 2028 SS/3B with a 6-0 145 lb. frame from Fontana, CA. Athletic build. Primary middle infielder. Confident fielder with active feet and twitchy lateral agility. Accurate throws across from a vareity of arm slots. Coordination and dexterity stood out on the charge. Right handed hitter tht sets up in with a moderate base and slightly open stance. Path is direct with some quickness to it. Rotational swing with loose hands. Got it on the barrel a bunch middle to pull. High ceiling type with traits of real athleticism. 7.34 60-yard.
