Oscar Sanchez is a 2023 OF/2B, SS with a 5-6 135 lb. frame from Humacao, PR who attends Albergue Olímpico Baseball Academy. Compact, wiry frame with athletic traits that stand out. Ran a 7.06 in the sixty. Outfielder, funnels well with confident charges. Quick to the ball, light on feet and accurate throws to the bag. Plays it well on a hop. Infielder, good intent from shorter arm action. Fields up the middle well with softer hands and clean transfers. Comes out awfully well. Right-handed hitter, wider base and high hand set. Short, compact swing with good bat speed. Works the hands well and gets extended. Feel to both gaps. Excellent student.
